I cut out a closet full of these witch's brooms while watching TV. I used
an 11 x 2 3/4 inch piece of black c/s. I drew a line about 1/2" down from the top long ways.
Then I cut up to that line all the way across. Fastened with sticky strip.
They probably would have looked better if I'd used black licorice...but who likes that?
Yuck!
