Scallop Tag Topper Punch - oh what fun!
I downloaded a flip-flop image from the internet, traced it on Crumb Cake
cardstock and cut it out. Out of designer series polka dot paper, I cut
a strip of 1 1/2 " x 4 1/2", punched out each end on the
Scallop Tag Topper Punch. I then cut the strip in half and formed each
scalloped end around the front and scotch taped the ends on the back. (shh!)
Tie the ends together with Bakers Twine and tah dah! You're done!
The cardstock base is cut to 3 3/4 x 5 1/2. Click on the Shopping Cart above
