To make the witch's hat - punch out 1 1/4 inch circle, then
center the 2 1/2 inch punch around that. Fold it in half and
slip the tree from the Tree Punch up thru it. I made the bow with
the Bow Builder Punch and attached everything with glue dots
to the mini clothespins.
